Water steel structures

We manufacture all water steel structures for your power plant facilities in various materials like (stainless) steel or aluminium including surface coatings.

Gates as well as gate guides are all designed and manufactured following the DIN 19704-2 guidelines. Welded connections are galvanized following the DIN EN ISO 1461 (Standard) guidelines. Usually we use Haacon gate pulls starting at 100kg up to 40 tons according to your situation and use case. For the gate drive we use Auma drives as the default, for emergency lockable gates we use Schiebl drives.

We offer you specialized detail engineering according to your plant specifications starting at production up to the final assembly.
