Contact with us

If you contact us by webform or email, we process your provided data on basis of your ingquiry. These data will be saved for followup communication for 6 months. We will not pass on your personal data without your consent, except this is necessary for the processing of your inquiry

Log-Files on the server

The technical provider of your website reads and stores information, your Browser automatically transferes to us in so called server-log-files. This data is:

  • Browser and Browser-Version
  • use operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the client
  • Time of the request
  • IP-Adress

A merge of these data with other information is not beeing done.

Foundation for this information processing is art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR(DSVGO) which allows the processing of data for contractual complience or pre-contractual duty.

Log-file-data are stored for 7 days due to security reasons (e.g. the solution of abuse or fraud) and deleted afterwards. Files which are needed to solve individual cases are excepted.

Newsletter

Following details contain information about the content of our newsletter, it's registration und delivery as well as statistic evaluation processes including your right to object. By signing in to our newsletter you state your approval for the receipt and the explained processes. You can revoke this approval at any time for examply by using the according link in our newsletter. The legitimacy of past data processings based on your approval is not concerned by this withdrawing

Collected Data

To sign-in to our newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your e-mail-adress. Optionally we ask for your firstname, lastname and organisation. These data is only used for personalization of our newsletter.

Double-Opt-In and logging

The registration for our newsletter is a so-called Double-Opt-In process. This means you will receive a mail after your registraion including a link to verify your e-mail-adress. This is needed to prevent registration of not owned adresses. The registration to the newsletter is logged, to make it possible to verify it according to legal requirements. This includes the logging of the registration and validation timestamp, as well als the IP-Adress. Additionally any change of your data stored at Mailchim will be logged.

This website uses mailchimp services for the transmission of newsletters. These are provided by Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. If you enter data for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g. e-mail-adress), these data is stored at the servers of Mailchimp in USA.

Mailchimp is certified based on teh "EU-US-Privacy-Shield". This is an agreement between the EU and the USA which ensures the compliance to european data protection standards within the US.

With the help of Mailchimp we are able to analyse our Newsletter campaigns. When you open a newsletter which was sent using the mailchimp services a contained file (a so called web-becon) establishes a connection with the mailchimp servers in the usa. This allows to track whether an mail has been opened and if included links have been clicked. These data can't be mapped to individual newsletter receivers. They are only used for statistical analytics of newsletter campaigns.

If you don't want this analytics done by mailchimp, you have to cancel the newsletter. Therefore an according link is provided within every newsletter. The data you provided for th newsletter registration are stored untill you cancel the subscription. After this cancelation this data will be deleted form our servers as well as the servers of mailchimp. Data you provided for different reasons will not be affected.

8. Cookies

Our Website uses so-called cookies. This are small text files which are stored on your device by the browser. We use cookies to improve our services. Some cookies stay on your device unitll they are deleted. They allow us to recognize your browser at your next visit. If you don't want that, you can use a browser configuration to be informed about the usage of cookies and only allow specific usage. If you deactivate cookies the functionality of this website might be limited.

During your first visit on our website we get your permission to set cookies of different categories. This configuration can be changed at anytime with the button "Cookie configuration" at the bottom of this page.

Google Analytics:

For our website we use Google-Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. This service uses so-called "Cookies", small text-files which are stored on your device and allow the analysis of your website usage. The data created by those cookies, like time, place and frequency of yor visit including your ip-adress (see ip anonymisation) are sent to Google in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymisation

For this website we us so-called ip-anonymisation. Therefore ip-adress data is shortened before being transmitted from EU-memberstates to the USA. Google uses this data to analyse the usage of this website, to create website statistics and to provide additional services connectedd to the website and internet usage. Google possibly will share this information with third parties if this is legally required or third parties process this data for Google. According to own information, Google will never connect your IP-Adress with other data of Google.

Data processing agreement

We signed a Data processing agreement with Google and implement the strict regulations of the Austrian data protection authority. The relationship is based on the EU-US Privacy Shield. The data processing is beeing done based on the § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (eligible interest) of GDPR (DSGVO). Our goal according to the GDPR (ligible interest) is the improvement of our offering and website. The data is collected in pseudonymous form and stored for 14 Months.

Demographic characteristics

This webiste uses Google Analytic's function "Demographic characteristics". This allows to create reports including age and interests of the page visitors. This data is based on interest-based advertising by Google and data provided by third parties. This data can't be matched to individual persons. You can disable this functionality at any time using the settings in your Google-account.
